Coffee was good! But if you don’t tip, they will take 15+ minutes to make a sandwich and you’ll watch customers who came after you getting their orders and leaving. While you wait. And wait. Once you ask for an update, they’ll tell you “two more minutes”, but when you unwrap it outside and feel how hot it is, you’ll realize it was indeed already ready. My son got so bored waiting that he found a lovely label/sticker stuck under the counter and decided to read it out loud to everyone:

Choke Grindz be Cherry. I saw this on GoogleMaps and was mindblown and puzzled but had to try it. They have SOOO much coffee. They have coffee beans, powders, specialty drinks, and a vaste selection of bakery items. I dont drink coffees but wanted to see what else they had in store and on their menu. I endedup getting sample size coffee packs for my family. Banana Breads and Blueberry Coffeecakes and they were amazing. My aunt said her coffee with coconut cold foam was the greatest coffee shes ever had. I recommend and we'll probably hit this place every moring.

I ordered the special, a brown sugar banana matcha with cold foam and they brought me a basic iced matcha, no cold foam and no toppings. The young lady took the drink back and added cold foam. There were no banana slices etc atop as shown. So I went back to the cashier and asked why the drink was not as pictured. She said it says on the sign it might not be... It was the smallest writing. She laughed and said oh yeah it's really small, you can barely find it. Mind you she was 1of 2 cashiers & it took them together on 1 register to put in the order. No greeting and repeatedly had to correct what they repeated back. I was excited to try this place listed as recommended food and drink spots for the Vibe District bazaar/festival. However the false advertising and rude cashiers make it completely not worth it. Maybe if they were more customer focused versus chatting 5 deep with nothing to do and creating their own side drinks this place might be worth it.

Solid place to stop for coffee, specialty drink and breakfast. The burrito and avocado toast were good. Its a small place so expect seating may be tough when its peak season. There is off street parking as their parking lot is small.

A small, authentic coffee shop with a really unique charm. The coffee is excellent, with a variety of interesting and unusual flavor options that you don’t often find elsewhere. The desserts and snacks are also delicious, and there’s a great selection of specialty coffee beans and related products to buy. The hot chocolate deserves a special mention — it’s incredibly rich and tasty. The atmosphere is cozy and interesting, making it a nice place to relax and enjoy your drink. That said, it can feel a bit untidy at times, and parking is quite limited, which can be inconvenient. Still, it’s a great spot for coffee lovers who appreciate quality and character.
